Do you ship world wide?
Yes we ship to most countries in the world. In the case that your country is not available when you check-out, please send a mail to me.
Where will my orders be shipped from?
Your orders will be packaged and shipped from Bologna, Italy.
How and when will my order be shipped? How long will it take to arrive?
We are a small business and everything is taken cared by me and few friends of help, we are doing our best to ship out the orders as fast as possible. Usually I ship orders once a week, that means you can expect your order being shipped out in 7 working days. I will send light orders with Italian racommandation post mail and orginal artwork orders with UPS express. Once the parcel is sent you will receive a mail with tracking number. In Europe delivery shall be fulfilled in 14 working days, up to 3 weeks in America, Asia, Africa and Oceania. If you want your order being shipped with another option, please contact me. Please note that if you are located outside of europe, you might have to pay a custom tax/ import fee to recieve the order.
What if I received the incorrect products or damaged products?
We’re very sorry, Please contact us within 72 hours after receiving the item. We’ll need a description of the damages and pictures of the damaged item/packaging. This information is helpful for us to improve the packaging and prevent similar problems in the future. You can choose to have a complete refund or a replacement.
